Jeff came and unclogged a drain for me. He also offered advice on my kitchen sink. He was professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable and repaired the problem quickly. Unreservedly, Grand Plumbing Service Co deserve a 5 star rating. I have always had fantastic service from them was another example of their awesome service technicians.

These guys are Great!! Good plumbers are hard to find and these guys hit it out of the park. I called Grand Plumbing Service Co. with a hot water heater issue, and the plumber gave me the time of day on the phone and really talked through the issue I was having. I didn't end up using him because I was able to get the manufacturer to take care of it. I highly recommend Steve and his crew. This is the second time we’ve used them for rodding out the tree roots in our sewer line as they grow back over time. Steve is always very polite and transparent while inspecting and executing the work, and always shows up on time with calls beforehand to confirm. Keep up the good work!

Steve and his team were very proficient. They came out to restore my 10-year-old water heater that had stopped working and just passed its warranty. They established the problem, replaced the faulty part the same day. They charged me less than what others were quoting and had no wait times either. Very prompt and knowledgeable, I recommend them highly!

I was very happy with the service. They were on time and explained everything up front so there wouldn't be any surprises. I had them install 2 new toilets that I had purchased and their work was very professional and when they were done they hauled away all the old toilets and left my bathrooms looking cleaner than before they were here! I highly recommend them and am happy to say I will use them for any future projects. Thanks to Jeff and his workers for a job well done.
