horrible management, they dirty pool full of duck feces
Living here used to be so peaceful, now it's like living in a concentration camp. The current president is a stealing TYRANT. She's an assistant living beyond her means at the expense of her fellow homeowners. She created a cult that runs around bullying and targeting homeowners that disagree with her or speak out on her stealing. She constantly talks about being an ex sheriff and that laws/rules need to be followed, yet she's the biggest crook of them all! Run as far as you can from this neighborhood!! HOA board members are shady and untrustworthy, they spent millions of dollars on roof replacements and refuse to do a financial forensic analysis…..now they are going to slap homeowners with thousands of dollars in fees in this upcoming assessment. Anyone who dares to ask about it is immediately shot down and bullied by the board.
Office mger Rhonda Z. needs to be fired… she has too much time on her hands sending notices about garbage cans instead of fixing the pool or broken mail boxes. she’s rude and unprofessional nobody wants to deal with her
