I lived in Lake Forest many years ago and have sold many townhomes and single family homes. EVERY community has its issues. There is a manager on site and can be contacted by email best. This name is Rory.
The neighborhood used to be nice. Now people park in their yards, and there are constantly cars parked in the street blocking a path to get through. The HOA is a joke. They never answer the phone, and they do not abide by the neighborhood rules & regulations they put in place!
Is anyone missing a sweet domestic long hair kitten? 6 months old or so. We can't take him/her and I don't want him/her getting hurt, sick or learn feral ways. It has been hanging around about 4 days now. Please help.
If you live in Lake Forest, please get involved with our upcoming November BOD elections. We need to elect 3 sensible owners, desperately. Take a good look at the condition of our 70 TH buildings. They are a mess!!
Nobody answers the phone. Called for the past 2 weeks with no response. Horrible service.
