E Renters Plan which was required/recommended by Arbors is a SCAM!!! They will continue to take money from your account even after you have moved to another state and no longer live in the apartment you had insurance for. They have taken me for hundreds of dollars. Whatever you do DO NOT give them you banking info to have the payments made from because the only way to keep them from taking money from your account is CLOSING your checking account. I have been trying to stop them from taking my money since 9/30/2023.
Nice community to live in. Leasing office and maintenance staff are responsive and keep the community looking great!
