I had a great experience working with Tanya. She showed me two very nice apartments with really reasonable pricing. Both options had everything needed for comfortable living, and I appreciated how thoughtfully she selected them. The second-floor unit 10F (for $2500 and 2 cars included ) felt elevated and private, and one of the balconies had a beautiful open view overlooking Orange County, which I absolutely loved. E Renters Plan which was required/recommended by Arbors is a SCAM!!! They will continue to take money from your account even after you have moved to another state and no longer live in the apartment you had insurance for. They have taken me for hundreds of dollars. Whatever you do DO NOT give them you banking info to have the payments made from because the only way to keep them from taking money from your account is CLOSING your checking account. I have been trying to stop them from taking my money since 9/30/2023.
