They are dirty, disgusting, liars, uncaring, unethical, people. my friend's daughter moved in and found it INFESTED with roaches! They keep claiming are "working on it" and have been in her apt 3 times - if they're not gone after one time, something should tell the property managers, IT'S NOT COMING FROM HER APARTMENT!!!!! And then to try and place blame on her?! Unethical and unprofessional. Scrolling through the reviews, doesn't sound like anybody really cares for them! Really should be shut down.
The place is beautiful but not worth the money paid monthly due to poor management and service. As the post below states, heat was cut off in the middle of may in which there was one day above 70 at that time. Now its October, Ive called three times with no reply from the staff downtown or at the southgate office. Meanwhile its freezing in this place. This managment company also has myriad subsidized apartments. Laws seem to be clear that an apartment needs to be able to reach 67 degrees, my apartments not in compliance. Now... read more
