I am from Chesterfield Va and in the process of moving back to Lynchburg. My Yorkie had had an abscess develop on her cheek and needed to be seen immediately. I called Lake Forest and explained our situation and got an appointment in two hours. She needed to have dental surgery and they worked her in for the next day . Dr. Coyle was excellent and spent a great deal of time with us. All of the staff was extremely nice and was super customer oriented. I chose this clinic because of their close location to my neighborhood. We started using them in 2016. We have been very pleased with the services for our cats and appreciate their boarding care!
I've been going to LFAH for a few years now and they're the absolute best. Dr. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and always gives my dogs the best care, and the surgeries she's done for my girl Mischa have always gone very smoothly. Can't recommend enough.

We have been frequenting Lake Forest Animal Hospital due to an ongoing issue with our puppy, and have had a great experience every time! At this point, our dogs have met every doctor, and each of the doctors are so friendly towards the pups and dedicated to fixing their health problems. I recommend them to every pet owner!
We are relocating and leaving a vet that has been like family to me and my dogs since 1988. Family members recommended the Lake Forest Animal Hospital. I took my senior Chihuahua mix for a first visit. From the initial call, to checking in, to the initial intake with Sharon and then the exam with Dr. Could I could not have asked for a better experience for both Princess and I. Everyone was friendly, professional, and convinced me that my Princess would be well taken care of.
Staff is polite and accommodating. Dr Amy is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and a very progressive thinker when it comes to vet medicine. My dog was misdiagnosed by two other vets but she was able to get to the bottom of it and he is on the mend. My dog was obviously very comfortable in the hands of Dr Amy and her staff.
