Dishonest and disrespectful. I brought my Fusion in for an AC repair in August and stated that it was blowing hot air. Lake Ford performed a "software update", which resolved the issue until September, when the AC broke again. When I called today to ask whether this was covered under warranty, Luis stated that I had specifically requested the software update. Fantastic to work with. Very easy going and no pressure to buy. LIstened to every thing I wanted and had very honest answers.
I took my car for sensor issue and they told it will cost $800. After I agree they later call me and told me it was actually Transmission issue which they told me it will cost about $6000. I didnt have the money and declined but they charged me for the sensor which will is not going fix anything. I have paid to check the vehicle $ 120, I did not get why I would pay $800 if that is not the issue or will not fix the issue.
We were lied to and manipulated regarding purchasing a new car. This was my first ever new car purchase, and after initiating the process we were so excited that we had picked Lake Ford. Everyone seemed helpful and knowledgeable, and we were told that our car was going to be ordered the next day and we could expect to wait about a month or so. I am very disappointed and outraged at the lack of honesty that was provided in regards to my warranty. I purchased a vehicle a little less than two years ago and it just started giving me issues. One main issue was that the "check engine" light came on. I recently took it to the shop two days ago because I was assured by the dealership that my car has a "Two years/ 24,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty." 1 word...AWESOME! I called when my car (an import) wouldn't start. They sent a tow truck immediately, it got there in 20 minutes! They diagnosed and repaired my car and got me back on the road within 2 hours! Upfront, honest and the repair cost less than expected...hard to find that quality in a dealer these days! Thanks Braeger!
I deal with another Ford dealership, but Braeger was close. Key in my ignition wouldn't turn and I called Braeger, hoping I could have it towed there. Fellow I talked to--Jason, I think--suggested tapping the key with a hammer. It worked--saved me the cost of a tow. I went to my usual dealeship, but thanks loads to Braeger and to Jason, for their kindness!

Never again will I do business with this place The bolt that connects the harmonic balancer to the crank shaft on my Ford F150 broke off, leaving the bolt inside the crank shaft. I called Braeger around 11:00 am and spoke with Jessie to get my truck towed. I called several times trying to get an estimate for the work. Finally around 5 pm she tells me they were going have to drill the bolt out of the crankshaft. If they couldn't do that, I would need a new engine. She said it in such a way like it was no big deal.
