1 word...AWESOME! I called when my car (an import) wouldn't start. They sent a tow truck immediately, it got there in 20 minutes! They diagnosed and repaired my car and got me back on the road within 2 hours! Upfront, honest and the repair cost less than expected...hard to find that quality in a dealer these days! I deal with another Ford dealership, but Braeger was close. Key in my ignition wouldn't turn and I called Braeger, hoping I could have it towed there. Fellow I talked to--Jason, I think--suggested tapping the key with a hammer. It worked--saved me the cost of a tow. I went to my usual dealeship, but thanks loads to Braeger and to Jason, for their kindness!
Notably good service experience Great service, fast and fair
Never again will I do business with this place The bolt that connects the harmonic balancer to the crank shaft on my Ford F150 broke off, leaving the bolt inside the crank shaft. I called Braeger around 11:00 am and spoke with Jessie to get my truck towed. I called several times trying to get an estimate for the work. Finally around 5 pm she tells me they were going have to drill the bolt out of the crankshaft. If they couldn't do that, I would need a new engine. She said it in such a way like it was no big deal.
