WOW...where to start...hummm Moved in last August and had issues with the apartment that needed to be fixed...countless calls later to the management office and in ONLY 6 weeks they were fixed. Then the water heater would only allow a 4 minute shower so asked for them to check it out...again LONG wait...they said it was fine but I kept after them and finally they check it out again to find only one of the two heating elements was working...so at 5 months here I finally have hot water.
