Highly recommend. We stayed in cabin #8. If you are looking for a clean, centrally located, excellent customer service cottage/cabin- look no further - this is it. The furnishings are “eclectic” & functional. The cabin is cute & comfy. This place has it all - it’s perfect! Good campground great location
What a great place to stay. Everything in walking distance. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I needed a place to spend the night before taking the Queen IV to Isle Royale. This campground is minutes away from the dock. I stayed in one of the rustic sites, and it was a fantastic site. The showers were a tad on the cool side, but I took one early before anyone else (5 a.m.). The front desk was helpful and kind, and the whole campground was spotless. In fact, in the 16 hours I was there, i saw workers picking up litter numerous times. Also, wifi was available in the rustic sites, which was nice.
