I am dead terrified of dentists and have had a fair share of bad ones in the past... I didn't know anyone in this office or anyone who has gone to them, but I had a tooth that needed gone ASAP. X-rayed my tooth, topical gel on, then the shots....I didn't feel ANY of the shots nor even the tooth extraction itself. I will be forever coming back here, thank you for making me feel welcome and making sure the little terrified me doesn't feel anything....!!!
I have referred lots of people to this practice. Dr. Lake is super friendly and very professional. I have never had an issue. The only bad thing I would have to say is I had to wait an hour to get into my appointment and this has only happened twice. The staff was very apologetic both times. The hygienist (I forget her name!) is always super friendly as well and remembers me every time I come in.
