I’ve been coming to Lake Family Dental on and off for years. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and I’ve generally trusted their care, though some of the equipment feels a bit outdated. Recently, I came in for an emergency tooth pain. They got me in quickly, which I appreciated, but I only saw the assistant, not the dentist. I was told I needed two major procedures but couldn’t be treated that day because the office closes early on Thursdays and is closed Fridays isn’t open on Saturdays. I visited lake family dental 18months ago for some procedures, I would not recommend this dental office to anyone, The day I went I was a new patient looking for a new dental place to call home, I just wanted a cleaning and a whitening which as we all know doctors and dentist always have further suggestions on what you should get, Soni ended up getting plenty of costly work done that my insurance ended up not covering mind you this office was very well aware that the partnership they have with my insurance provider typically... read more
It’s ALWAYS a pleasant experience going to Lake Family Dental!!! The staff is so very pleasant & personable🥰 It’s never a long wait like at most appointments where you’re waiting forever. It’s a very calming atmosphere.
I have been going to Dr. Lakes office for over 2 years. Always excellent service. If you are reading reviews and looking for a dentist, this is your place. Her staff is so friendly I love it here. I was recommended to Kimberly by my endodontist. He is amazing also! I know we have all tried those chain places. I used to go to a huge chain location, the one you hear about on the radio (DD in the morning).
