Professional, caring staff. Had glaucoma and cataract surgery by Dr. Gutti. A plus? Good bedside manner!!

Tech who does eye refraction exam had an attitude. Would not answer simple questions. Stormed out of room to ask doctor. This is second time in three years a tech was less than customer service focused. She also wore heavy perfume which was uncomfortable to be around. People in medical offices shouldn’t wear perfume.
