I arrived at 12:30, for my 1:00 appointment, and left at 2:30, after seeing the doctor for 5 minutes! I have a very good idea of how they schedule their appointments, but it’s not working. Needless to say I am going to find a new Opthalmologist.
From the beginning to the end of my procedure I was treated by caring and competent professionals. Everyone was friendly and made every effort to make me feel comfortable.
