Sad to see Dr. Lindsey Walsh leave but staff was very polite & friendly. No complaints.
The office changed ownership since my last appointment, when I called to make the appointment I was told I was an existing patient. When I arrived check in was fine, but then I was told they had no records of my prescription. I was fussed at by the staff person, when I pushed back. Then someone else was able to pull up my records… they were still rude like it was my fault their staff wasn’t trained well. I would have left except I don’t have the time currently to find a new doc or time to find childcare to make another appoi... read more
My appt was for my annual check up. Checking in on line was simple. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and personable, from the front desk, technician and doctor. I definitely recommend Lake Eye!
Very professional staff in a lovely setting for an office. Dr Walsh is wonderful.
