I had a 2:30 appointment at Lake Eye Associates. By 2:50 I asked how much longer it would be and was told the doctor was running about 30 minutes behind. At 3:15 (45 minutes past my appointment), I checked again and was told there was just one person ahead of me and then I’d be next. Instead, they proceeded to call five other people in before me.
