Any place that takes the time to help a person that is not paying for a service, shows the quality of customer service they provide. Not only will I continue to recommend them, I will continue to be a loyal customer.
Had some car trouble yesterday on our way back from vacation. I was already not feeling well and had my sick toddler with me when the check engine light started flashing. They were able to help me out on a Saturday afternoon and get us back on the road quickly. Friendly, great service, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. I recommend this place if you live in the area or are ever passing thru and need help!
My son was on his way to his cabin trip up in Clearlake Oaks and encountered overheating with his car and was stranded on the side of the road! Wow! Late Friday afternoon and where in the world can you find any repair shop able to do the repair! After half a dozen calls, I called Lake Express Lube in Clearlake and spoke to Ruben and Mike (the boss) who agreed to do the repairs. They were honest, very reasonably priced and kind.
