Butchered my mother's roof and won't make it right
Contractor was rude. If your looking for a contractor to work on your home outside of the Dunkirk area this is NOT the contractor for you.
Not professional and very unreliable. Waited all day for a roofing estimate in which he never came. Not only was my time wasted but my families time was also wasted waiting around. Never bothered to call and say he wasn't able to make it. Never returned my phone calls in which I called several times. Don't waste your time with this company.
This owner took us to the cleaners so to speak. Roofing and siding job needed to be finished by two other contractors. He wouldn't fix the mistakes and used different products than we agreed on. Siding was put over old siding that crumbled under the new causing it to buckle. Roofing wasn't tarred down and tight around vents and chimney and ice and water shield wasn't used.
