The Screw Factory was the most magical venue for our wedding in November ‘25. Melissa was amazing to work with, she helped us every step of the way. We loved the flexibility with floor plan, and they had so many pieces we incorporated, such as a mirror for we used for our seating chart and cozy couches, end tables and lamps for our cocktail hour. Choosing the Lake Erie Building as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made! One of the biggest perks was having access to the venue for the entire weekend. We got the keys on Wednesday morning and had access all the way through Monday morning. This was a total game-changer and took so much pressure off our wedding day, since we were able to set everything up ahead of time without rushing. My wedding was here. They did a great job making it special. I had the whole week to decorate before hand myself which save soo much money. We also where able to have the rehearsal dinner here
The Lake Erie Building was such a dream venue, we were able to have access from Wednesday-Monday for our wedding weekend and they were excellent to work with every step of the way. Communication was great and they allowed us to see the space again multiple times before our wedding day.
