My tire blew out on the highway and AAA towed me to Lake Erie Auto Service because it was close by. That turned out to be super lucky for me because they helped me get back on the road the next day and feel confident that my car was safe for the 13 hour drive ahead! They looked at my car at 6:30pm even though they officially closed at 6, ordered a new tire and had it ready to put on by 9am the next morning when they opened. My wife and I had car trouble on our way from MA to MI. We limped into our hotel across the street from Lake Erie Automotive on a Saturday night. On Monday I took my truck over to Thom and he said that even though he had clients booked that he would try to get to it between appointments. We were back on the road the next day and all for a very reasonable price. He's the kind of guy who gets to work early and leaves late. Now that's integrity! Thanks so much, Thom.
