Dr. Jennifer is AMAZING! She was so kind and gentle and listened and walked me through every detail before we did anything. The front staff was just as wonderful and the support staff in the room especially Ari, so friendly and kind! Everyone is smiling and welcoming. Most importantly everyone wants to help!

Expected lab report for my sinus infection. Never called. I called, 4 days later in the morning after, and was told they would return my call. Called again later in afternoon, and was told my dr went on vacation, and on call Dr would give me a call. Never did. Went to urgent care and was treated fast, with new medication. No empathy on phone.

The person who answered phone is very rude, answered phone with "date of birth", not even a hello Lake ENT. When my family remember went yo say his name, shevsaid again "date of birth". She basically screens calls and told my family member, his complaint wasnt important enough to see a Dr and she would assign him to a Nurse Practioner....really...what a power trip she is on. I wonder if the Dr's there know she is treating patients this way and if they do shame on them. I will not recommend any one to them based on this one e... read more

This office is one of the most disconnected from reality, doctors office in the area. They tell the patient they need a PCP referral, once you get that then they want an office note sent. After all this they then tell the patient go see a neurologist and cardiologist then maybe we can see you. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Welcome to modern medicine in the 21st century.
