Dr Moak and his nurse Kim are extremely kind and professional. They go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and informed.
I like Dr. Vaught and give him 5 stars, but, I had the most horrible person answer the phone today. I called the Leesburg office on Tuesday, January 20th at 4:17 pm to talk to the office manager. The person put me on hold for 8 minutes, which I thought was unacceptable and told her this. I thought the answering service must have picked up since it took so long. I can't believe these people. Jennifer (? think that is what she said her name is) my ENT's assistant (Leesburg location) called to follow up on a call I had made to them last week, reporting my latest symptoms. but she calls and argues with me the whole time about what I had or had not said on my visit to their facility. Problem is they did not listen very well because some of what they wrote down is not what I said. It was obviously very important for her to be right and her tone of voice was very condescending. Dr. Jennifer is AMAZING! She was so kind and gentle and listened and walked me through every detail before we did anything. The front staff was just as wonderful and the support staff in the room especially Ari, so friendly and kind! Everyone is smiling and welcoming. Most importantly everyone wants to help!
