People who answer the phones are awful! Would give them negative stars if I could. What lack of compassion and empathy. They should not be working in any healthcare system if they cannot learn to be personable and do their jobs at the same time. I will not come back nor refer anyone.
Referred to practice by my PCP. I followed up for 3 days after to set an appointment. Continually told that it takes 72-96 hours to process? It’s been 2 weeks now and still have yet to be contacted. I contacted another provider without issue. Terrible service.
I called and sat on "HOLD" for over 15 minutes and no one answered. Not a place with that kind of response time I want to go too. Got "Lake ENT,, Please hold" and that's it.........
