I made an appt at least one month ahead after being referred by my Primary Care Dr. in Leesburg. The appt. was for 2/16/26. They called remind me a day before. I drove 15 miles from home and the two people at the front desk said my appt. was for the following Monday (today). On Friday 2/20/26 I called to confirm the appt. and time. I like Dr. Vaught and give him 5 stars, but, I had the most horrible person answer the phone today. I called the Leesburg office on Tuesday, January 20th at 4:17 pm to talk to the office manager. The person put me on hold for 8 minutes, which I thought was unacceptable and told her this. I thought the answering service must have picked up since it took so long. I can't believe these people. Jennifer (? think that is what she said her name is) my ENT's assistant (Leesburg location) called to follow up on a call I had made to them last week, reporting my latest symptoms. but she calls and argues with me the whole time about what I had or had not said on my visit to their facility. Problem is they did not listen very well because some of what they wrote down is not what I said. It was obviously very important for her to be right and her tone of voice was very condescending.
