I am not one to write negative reviews but my experience with Lake ENT was not pleasant nor professional, unfortunately. I scheduled a new patient appt months in advance & was told several times they accepted my payment method, Care Credit. I arrived for my appt & asked for payment which was run & declined twice. I then called Care Credit customer service who stated there was plenty of money available on the card & that there had been no attempts to even run the card. My 1st experience 25 yrs ago was fine. My phone experience yesterday was one of the most frustrating, EVER! The woman who answered the phone isnt even aware of the term "otolaryngologist " and INSISTED I needed an oral surgeon for a major problem with my tongue. A vericosity. She couldnt "hep" and, obviously, cant "hep" herself. I've seen an ENT and been to the emergency the first time. My ENT recommended their practice cause I need some surgery and LRMC is ins.'s hospital. Well lady, "hep" yourself to a 'lil knowledge.

I had an injury and needed help. He acted like he was going to fix everything. I had a total nose job to fix the damage and was prescribed Tylenol 3. I was in tears when the drugs wore off from surgery. I finally called and they gave more of the same. More tears. And, my nose is more jacked up than before. I can move my nose to another position by barely touching it. Not a good doctor.
