These people lied to our realtor and said we would get a full structural engineer report. In reality all they do is a foundation inspection and that it! We are currently in the middle of negotiations on a home and needed a structural engineering report because the foundation inspection came back not looking good. When I bought my home in 2010, they did some foundation work and did a great job. Didn’t have issues with it and sold that home in 2021.
We had Clint’s team come out and inspect the foundation on a home. They showed up on time and provided us with a report. I would use them again.
