The two drivers that had transported my wife to Southlake hospital were rude, uncaring and need to be fired( Stephen Wheeler & tall kid glasses man bun hair). When they had arrived at the hospital, they had left my wife in the ambulance unattended with the vehicle not running. I could of received better service from a Uber driver.
July 27 2022 I had a heart attack I'm 63 years old and it's the first time I've rode in a ambulance if it had for the fast response and the ladies and men knowing exactly what to do I would not be here. I want to thank you all. You will always have a special place in this old heart that you saved. Love you all L Horn
Just had an experience with this Companies Ambulance #679 and one of the ladies working was being extremely rude with her patient I didn't get her name but she deserves to loose her job.
Kayla, Kyle & company were just amazing. Caring, competent and courteous. In fact Lake EMS has always been excellent whenever my family has been in need of their services. Bravo!
I had to call 911 for my mom n it took lake ems 25 minuets to get on seen because of their Delay my mom had past away when then got on seen so this is y I’m giving lake. Ems a bad review !
