The previously review left under my name, Katelynn Moss, was NOT made by me, and sadly is someone impersonating me. I do not have any experience with this apartment complexes what so ever. It looks clean when I drive by - thats all i know. Im working with Google to get that false review removed! just wanted to leave a good review to hopefully cancel it out in the meantime.
The black mold on the wall and constant cockroaches and rats In the walls is the reason why I had to move from this place
these apartments are filled with black mold there’s never maintenance or property manager on site. there’s trash everywhere. my door was broken for years never got fixed my son was getting cut up by the carpet. took them a year to take me seriously and fix it. they charge you “back rent” and randomly put notes on your door after months of being gone saying you owe them money when they can’t even make your apartment halfway livable. they also told me the black mold was “mildew” and made me feel crazy my son got pneumonia and ... read more
DIRTY LAUNDRY ROOM. MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CLEAN THE LAUNDRY FACILITY ON SITE. NOT SURE IF THEY MAKE ALL RESIDENTS SUFFER OR JUST THIS LOCATION. CORPORATE HAD BEEN NOTIFIED AND AWARE THEY DONT CARE EITHER… ERIK NOR KAYLEEN CLEAN THE LAUNDRY ROOM WHEN ITS IN THE JOB DESCRIPTION. THE RESIDENTS HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER AND DO THIER JOB.
