THIRD TIME posting this: Neighbor tested positive for asbestos, abatement company suspects it's widespread. Corporate Management refused to test. I contacted the DEQ who confirmed the presence of asbestos. Management was fully aware, having received a 133-page notice upon purchasing the building. Exposed subfloor since October increases long-term risk. This negligence is unacceptable and violates Oregon law. Unsafe practices put other tenants at risk unknowingly.
