Extremely unprofessional cancelled my appointment day of when my dog was sick
Very disappointed in how they have handled my dog’s eye issue. 4 visits, 8 weeks of eye drop treatment and $700-800 later, no improvement. Now suggesting we go see a ophthalmologist. What a waste of my time and money, while my poor dog is suffering. They couldn’t even print out what they thought was wrong with him, however one of the vets suggested surgery. Beyond frustrating!! 4th appointment and they still charged me. Didn’t do anything to help my dog, but I still took my money!
