Extremely unprofessional cancelled my appointment day of when my dog was sick
Very disappointed in how they have handled my dog’s eye issue. 4 visits, 8 weeks of eye drop treatment and $700-800 later, no improvement. Now suggesting we go see a ophthalmologist. What a waste of my time and money, while my poor dog is suffering. They couldn’t even print out what they thought was wrong with him, however one of the vets suggested surgery. Beyond frustrating!! 4th appointment and they still charged me. Didn’t do anything to help my dog, but I still took my money!
RecommendedMy cat had breathing problems and my vet said they were booked😡. Lake Emmy said, come immediately, we turn no one away! They were compassionate, caring and so GREAT!! Guess who has a new vet? This is the place to go. Period.
I’m giving this place three stars only because the vet tech was so nice and helpful. They fixed up my dog with in 2 hours. That being said the receptionist, JEANETTE, was so rude. Very dismissive of my elderly dog who is a patient at this vet. Made it seem like it wasn’t an emergency and she couldn’t be bothered. After basically forcing her to give me an appointment, I got in. Clean, Efficient & Caring!
So I wanna take a moment and recommend this vet office that took us in on extremely difficult day last Thursday and treated us with such tenderness and kindness, something that is so hard to find these days. They fit us in on short notice In what was an emergent situation for us and our Pup Gypsy. Once there the doctor was quick to get the situation under control quickly so our pup would not suffer longer than needed and gave us a quiet private space to be with her while she passed. Sitting in the parking lot for my first visit with my two bullies..... had to be a curbside visit. Loved getting a pic from the Dr. and Tech letting me know my girls were doing great! Amazing service in this unusual time of Covid-19. Not all vets are doing this. Certainly exceeded my expectations!!!!! Thank you Lake Emma Animal Hospital!
I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service from this vet. We've been taking our dog to this vet for 6 years and they are aware of his anxiety issues. Our dog won't go inside vet without my husband or myself and therefore is not able to do his annual appt. at this time due to the current restrictions (they aren't allowing people inside).
