If I could give zero stars I would. We too fell victim from their truck (5210) flipping a rock out of their bed on I94 and cracking our windshield. After numerous attempts to contact them, their insurance rep denied our claim even with photos and an in person visit. Now it is costing us $500+ to repair. DO NOT DRIVE NEAR ANY OF THEIR TRUCKS.
Unfortunately, they carry loads and do not cover them with their role tarp. Cost me $500 to replace windshield from debris falling off truck 5206 on I-894.
Great people that do wonderful work for their customers. Highly recommend
