They DO NOT come fix problems in a timely manner! We have had a 4 foot hole above our front door for over 2 weeks. They assured us that they would come cover with plastic until they could fix, but we had to put the plastic over it because pieces kept falling out on us. Unbelievable!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
