This is a terrible office with unprofessional practices. I had an appointment back in early July and was called multiple times only to be told that someone made a mistake. They then went on to explain that somehow someone at the office over booked the appointments so they had to reschedule my appointment to 8/21/23. Fast forward to today 8/15/23, I received a phone call stating that the doctor is on vacation all of a sudden. Im highly upset because there was about a 30 day wait for each appointment.

Scheduled an appointment, and despite calling to confirm the appointment at 11:00 AM on day of, they then called at 12:00 PM to cancel the appointment because they don't have a mask or something. STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. Wouldn't reschedule for 2+ weeks. WILL GO ELSEWHERE.

The best care and services anyone could ask for. I appreciate Jasmine, Rayven and Dr.Diaz they went the extra mile to take care. Of me. They explained everything to me. I highly recommend them.

From the moment I steppped into the Lake Dental office I felt comfortable. The staff is extreamly nice and caring. When I went in Jasmine greeted me at the front and took care of everything. My insurance had not even gone through yet and they took me anyways. The rest of the staff Dr. Minia, Ladrika, and Nichods were awesome. The entire staff introduced themselves to me and helped me make a dental plan. Never going anywhere else.Thank you Lake Dental!

My dental services at the Altamonte location have been very professional and successful, as all of the staff are committed to providing great work, and great products. They have clarified procedures and responded to my concerns. Their smiles and kind greetings are welcoming. Thanks, Dr. Minias, Nichoda, Jasmine, Jenifer, Ladrika !
