Today was my first experience with Dr. Feerick and his team. I couldn’t be more pleased with how I was treated. The hygienist is open and honest, explains what’s going on with your teeth instead of just staying quiet the whole time like my other dentist. Really made me feel like I was involved and being taught about my teeth. I appreciate that more than anything. Dr. Feerick himself was great as well. Staff is RUDE! Always! And I don't even know if the dentist is good bc I'm not allowed to go back with my daughter and they don't come out and tell me anything they just let my 14 yr old tell me she didnt have any cavities. Then when they schedule the follow up they don't even ask if that's a good time then they rush me out the building then I have to call and reschedule then if i don't have a chance to confirm my appt the day before they will cancel it. I'm rating this practice as 5 stars. Dr. Feerick is a good Dentist with a wonderful personality. The older Lady that works in the back with him is very friendly also. When it comes to the staff, they are worthless! I called 2 weeks ago to request a credit that I had with them. I explained that I would be returning but my Husband, who was also a patient there passed away and I'm having to pay his debts as well as my own and needed the credit. The entire staff from the front desk to all the dental assistants and the dentist made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They all love on you. Very down to earth and take a load off any guest receiving services. I highly recommend to contact this location for any and all services needed. You guys truly saved my life and have me back smiling again.
