As a frequent traveler on 27, I used to look forward to what your community was planning to do at your entrance, especially after a mound of sand was in plain sight at the entrance. After about a year, the mound i sprouting vegetation. I don't live there, but it is an eyesore. Draconian, incompetent HOA constantly overspending on the budget. This is the kind of HOA that gives Florida a bad reputation. incompetent, possibly thieving management company. poor building quality. Poor property maintenance. Not all amenities have been included by the builder,(no dog park, no tot lot) and some have been removed by the HOA due to incompetent budget management. 70% rented, with no renters rights. Buyer beware. Do not recommend.
