Waiting 4 weeks for Pool Access at Lake Deer Estates. The access/Keys are issued by “Government Management Services Central Florida” Their office does not process portal Requests, answer the phone or respond to emails. Total buzz kill after buying a home at Lake Deer Estates by DR Horton- to pay tue CDD, Hoa Fees and not have access to the amenities. It would’ve been more efficient to provide the amenity code or keys at Closing. @DRHorton- Please help
