1-Star Review Worst HOA management company I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars, I would. Communication is virtually non-existent. Phone calls go unanswered, voicemails are ignored, and emails disappear into what feels like a black hole. Getting a simple callback is apparently an impossible task. They have no idea how to manage the money we pay. Horrible
These are the guys who maintain (or rather, don't maintain) the dirt road coming in and out of the Hoodsport Staircase campground. My car bottomed out about ten times and I was going less than 5 miles per hour. Absolutely sad how this road is not taken care of. Potholes are so numerous you can't avoid them. Ruined the whole trip experience, gave me severe neck and back pain. Horrible company. Such a shame such a beautiful place is not taken care of.
f you buy property at Lake Cushman, you will (by necessity) be forced to rely on this company. To my knowledge, they have only three functions, and they perform them all abysmally. 1) Collect lease fees from the community (sub-lessors): They are very good at the part involving collecting dollars, but if you ever actually have to deal with these folks (for any reason) and somehow manage the minor miracle of actually getting a hold of them, you'll discover why they are notorious in the community for being extremely rude, dismi... read more
