These are the guys who maintain (or rather, don't maintain) the dirt road coming in and out of the Hoodsport Staircase campground. My car bottomed out about ten times and I was going less than 5 miles per hour. Absolutely sad how this road is not taken care of. Potholes are so numerous you can't avoid them. Ruined the whole trip experience, gave me severe neck and back pain. Horrible company. Such a shame such a beautiful place is not taken care of.
f you buy property at Lake Cushman, you will (by necessity) be forced to rely on this company. This company has a contract with TPU to manage the leases in the Lake Cushman Community in Hoodsport, Washington and done a pretty terrible job of it. Leases held by deceased people remain in force for years and people are allowed to occupy these properties for years, too. Junk yards and toxic spills are just two examples of what is tolerated and it takes years for them to clean up the messes left on derelict properties.
