This company has a contract with TPU to manage the leases in the Lake Cushman Community in Hoodsport, Washington and done a pretty terrible job of it. Leases held by deceased people remain in force for years and people are allowed to occupy these properties for years, too. Junk yards and toxic spills are just two examples of what is tolerated and it takes years for them to clean up the messes left on derelict properties.
