Everytime great experience
Great experience taking wife there and interfacing was fine except a little unclear on discharge and pickup instructions by text
The nurses and the anesthesia people are awesome. They all was extremely nice and considerate and accommodating both times I’ve been there! The doctors on the other hand? I’d go elsewhere. I hate that it’s that way because the nurses are great like I said but you better plan on waiting at least 1.5 to 2 hrs past ur scheduled time. I got a baby who is 13 months old and is having a procedure that takes minutes on his ears and he has been unable to eat or drink for 24 hrs and his appointment was at 7 am. Had a great experience at the surgery center. The staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Answered all questions, treated with care & respect throughout entire visit.
Would give a zero if possible! daughters appointment was at 9:30 have waited for two hours and still waiting for her 15 min procedure! Shes hasn’t ate or drank before midnight yesterday and she is starved to death, mind you she’s 6 very aggravating!! Plus they wouldn’t let her father come back with her while we wait on her surgery because he wasn’t in waiting when we were called back. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!
