Had a very good experience here. They are nice and knew what they were doing and seemed to have a well working system to get you in and out. Super nice staff!!!
What parent doesn’t keep their kids lost teeth I mean I do. They cut out 4 of my son’s teeth then threw them away after being specifically asked to keep them. How rude nasty and vicious!
I had an appointment at 9:00 in the morning to do a cat scan. I wasn't allowed to eat or drink. It was a 30-minute drive there and a 30 minute drive back which was an overall hour drive. When I got there I was told my insurance denied the procedure. No one called me or anything. I was kept in the dark until I got there. Lake Cumberland surgery center needs to do better and be more considerate
My experience each time I have been here has been fantastic. They have a great, caring staff.
