I heard it is a good place to live
Rent is income based, they're small 600 sq ft or so 1 bedroom apts with balconies. Very quiet bldg. Apts are quiet except noise from the hallways comes thru the doorway. The bldg is east/west facing. Be warned the eastside faces the main street and it is very busy during the day and late into the night. If you like afternoon sun or a nice NW or SW breeze try and get an apt on the west side ( facing the parking lot )
