We had a 10x15 storage unit here. These are outdoor units and not climate controlled. Our first year our rate was $79. After that they double our rate to $154. I just received another rate increase notice a couple weeks ago. I also received a letter stating that I was going to be kicked out because my contract was missing, however I've been on auto pay for almost 3 years now and never missed a payment. I was a few days late on paying so it makes sense to add a lock to my unit, but if I pay, and you are supposed to be open then I should be able to get the lock removed. Well bcuz they have staffing issues, they don’t have anyone available to come in on the day that they are supposed to be open. Their hours are 10-5 Tuesday thru Friday and 9-4 on Saturday.
