I have been renting a house through Lake County Rental Services for almost 10 years. Over the years Debbie and Stephen have become more like friends instead of landlord/tenant. We have shared many visits and laughs, and they are always a joy to visit with. Whenever I have had any type of a maintenance issue, Stephen gets the issue resolved quickly and keeps me updated on what is going on. If I ever need to use a rental agency again, I'll definitely go through Lake County Rental Services.
My experience with Lake County Rental Services (LCRS) has been exceptionally good. The leasing agent, Steven Milian, is very friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the local rental market. He arranged for me to preview a couple of properties, and did a great job securing a lease that perfectly fits my needs. I would highly recommend Steven and the team at LCRS.
