Everyone in the office is kind and endlessly careful that you're comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. You can tell that they truly care about their patients and their craft. It had been far too long since my last dental appointment and all my fears were quickly dissolved from the first moment. It is so reassuring to trust the staff immediately. I would recommend this office for people that are easily spooked by the dentist and those that just appreciate great customer service and dental work!

Great first impression. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I typically have a lot of questions and they didn’t hesitate to give me a lot of information. Patient needs seem to be important to them. Would recommend and will defiantly be back.
Was very pleased with the work done by Dr. Potts. He has a wonderful staff that help to make the patient feel quite comfortable. And imagine my surprise when I received a birthday card signed by the staff. Then a wonderful birthday email. For sure will return soon.
I recently had extensive work done from getting a temporary crown and new crown put on. I am amazed how quick and well the work was done by Dr. Ola and the assistants. No issues or problems with either. I highly recommend Lake County Family Dental Care!!!😃#
The treatment from staff and technitions was exceptional. I was in need of several procedures as a result of a medication I was taking and allowing too much time between appointments. I learned Dr. Potts is quite a perfectionist, as he re-made temporary crowns and returned the permanent ones because he didn’t like the fit. I’ve never been as pleased with my experience with a dentist and staff before. I would highly recommend this practice. The price is pretty steep but worth it.
I have been going to Lake County Family Dental Care for about 5 years. I have received cleanings and a crown. I now need some more extensive work done. I am glad I am having it done by Dr. Potts and his team. With their skill, professionalism, and use of technology, I know I am in good hands to get the best quality dental care. I highly recommend them.
I recently had a tooth extracted by Dr. Potts and his wonderful professional staff. It was not something that I was looking forward to but it had to be done. Our family has gone to Dr. Potts since 1976 and we all are please with his professionalism and competence. Why settle for second best. There is no better! Go to Dr. Potts !!!
