Great doctor, but severely disorganized and borderline incompetent office staff. Constant issues with their communication with my pharmacy, causing delays and creating roadblocks to me getting the medications I need. Recently, I moved far away. I had more refills available, but the process was halted by their lack of communication with my pharmacy and then they cancelled my remaining refills. The receptionist once again refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. I feel bad that the doctor doesn’t have better support.... read more

Very poor customer service. Refused to provide a translator even after double checking that someone would be able to provide that service. They were asked if the spoke Spanish and they said no only to find out that they did speak Spanish toward the end of the visit. Poor attitudes from the people at the service desk/front desk. Refused to assist with further clarification and ended up removing my grandmother and telling her she wasn’t going to be serviced there moving forward. The manager/supervisor Mary was also not helpful... read more

Try calling on a Saturday or Sunday when you need help.. they are closed!
