No one calls you back with child neglect cases they put it on the back burner. Evan when the children have been taking out of the parent custody from another county JFS To get help with anything from food stamps anything is a joke through this county
I file for unemployment 3-4 times a year for one week each. The amount of issues and problems that happen EVERY TIME is unbelievable. They notify you of problems MONTHS later and then tell you its been too long to fix them. This time they misinterpreted dates and put payback charges on my account from a ten second phone call that was unclear. This agency has HORRIBLE customer service. Very lazy employees. I’ve gone into jfs needing assistance for many things including car repairs and maintenance and they were extremely rude to me. I’m a mom to special needs children so working is almost impossible for me. I was told the agency has many resources for things and the staff is incredibly unhelpful.
