Update 5/27/2020: I retract my recommendation of Lake County Home Inspectors. We have lived in our home about 7months now. At first we were confident Bob found all the issues, but it seems every day we find a new issue. The latest have been both electrical panels in our home were wired incorrectly. The panels had mismatched breakers, and wrong sized wire. (Easily seen by a professional opening the panel). We have had to re-wire a few outlets and switches b/c they were not up to standards. Amazing experience working with this company. I called Bob for a home inspection and he came out the very next day. He was extremely helpful with all my questions and offered to give me referrals for any repairs I need! Highly, highly recommend!

We had booked a general home and pest inspection with Bob last fall. Unfortunately the sell fell through and Bob was completely understanding of the situation and had no hard feelings about having to cancel the inspections. When we were looking to choose a inspector,we knew we had the right guy from the great comments left already and from the way he carried himself professionally. Bob was honest, candid, and really seemed to care about making sure I knew everything I needed to know about maintaining the house he inspected for me. I was very happy with the service he provided and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.
