For a facility that is specifically for mental health you have some of the rudest receptionists ever. Definitely sick of being left in a bad mood everytime I need anything other than scheduling a basic appointment.
I thought I'd leave a review here. I used to have great mental health doctors here. I was with LCMH for 28 years. I suffer from severe anxiety due to severe ulcerative colitis. Gut-brain axis. I was prescribed anxiety meds for that 28 years and was doing fine. All the sudden, I get a new nurse practitioner, Nimat Akorde, in March 2020. She started cutting my dose down too fast and I became horribly ill. At first, she gave reasons like, 'you could drink alcohol, or take opioids and die'. I don't use either. Blatant lie. Long wait time on every visit to location. Receptionists always give attitude about basic information. My doctor is consistently dismissive but I was treated so unprofessionally over the phone just now that I had to leave my first bad review ever. Stay away if you can.
Stop catering to gays on my money. I don't want the attraction of them on my money anymore.
