Whichever sales manager was in charge of answering the phone on 7/8/2024 at 3pm is extremely rude, he hung up on me mid-sentence when I asked to speak to either Alex or a different sales rep to inquire about 2 vehicles I was looking to purchase. Ive purchased with them before but never again!
This place is a scam. I was looking at a car that had a flag in the window saying "we finance". Walked in to ask about it and the salesman told me cash only, no financing on "old cars". False advertising. Avoid this place like the plague.
My car was in desperate need of struts . I took it to Lake County Auto Sales , and they did an outstanding job repairing my car . Great customer service from Mike and Ron . True professionals. 🫡
