5 stars is a understatement .I was referred by a friend and couldn't be more happy . They made my budget work and got me into a nice truck .I brought it back after 2 months and they installed my tow hitch free of charge .Highly recommend this place
We found this business off of craigslist .After searching for a car in Orlando ,we decided to check them out .Me and my sister both ended up buying vehicles .They were not pushy at all .I will be referring my other friends and family to them
So they tell you when you buy a vehicle from them that they will do the maintance of the vehicle for 50% or something. But of course, when it came time to replace the engine 4 months after purchasing the vehicle, they refused to honour their own policy. They offered to sell me an engine purchased at a junk yard at a ridiculously high price, install it for money then the place down the street (Chuck's), and give me only a one month warranty (the same that a junk yard gives). This is a horrible business.
Company is dishonest. we did the CarFax and checked the vehicle. We disagreed on the mileage. They said one thing CarFax showed 25,000 more. They claimed they couldn't call CarFax to correct their mistake. We negotiated and bought the vehicle. The mileage they were quoting and said was the correct mileage was the TRIPOMETER reading, not the ODOMETER reading. My girlfriend and I had a great experience for being first time buyers. The staff is friendly. They helped us find a great car for a great price and payments that we could afford.
I went to 5 car dealerships and this was the best.The cars were clean,and good running.No one wanted to approve me,but they got it done.I recommended other people here and they also bought vehicle.Thank you Dave , I appreciate your help.
