So disappointed in my recent service appointment. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and within a hour it was done. Unfortunately they didn’t rotate my tires like they claimed. I know this because a few weeks ago I had a flat tire and the place that fixed it marked it with an x.. The tire was in the same place after they claimed they did the rotation. The service rep. Great, got in and out quick. The waiting room doesn't offer any complimentary snacks or beverages besides old coffee not like the toyota dealers in the cities
