I can't say much about the doctor, but the receptionist really did her best to make me feel guilty for calling in to check if my problem can be taken care of. I didn't ask to be treated right away, just making an inquiry as it literally hurts to walk. But who cares? "Don't call us. We are booked till next June!" (Called them on August 31). Great customer service.
Totally agree with these reviews. Dr Marais is very knowledgeable and professional and explains things well. Good bedside manner.

I called the September 30 and they said booking into End of March or April. I need help today not in 6 to 7 months from now.
