My daughter and I went in for a consultation and the staff is simply amazing! It's so hard to find people that are kind and actually interact with their patients now days! They took the time we needed to answer my questions and then some! I was so pleased with the customer service that they provided with us! Not only do they have multiple patients with amazing results, the office is immaculate and they were all so pleasant. Very pleasant, and my daughter felt so comfortable there.
We had a couple consults with other orthodontists before deciding to go with Lake Country. Impressed with facility, staff and orthodontist. I have one seeing them now and am sure in the future the rest of my kids (crooked teeth genes!) will follow suit!
They have been very kind, informative, and gentle. Our sons teeth look better after every visit. Thank you!
