Don’t like giving such a low rating to a local business but want others to be aware. Misdiagnosed a furnace issue and told me I needed a new furnace. Installed a new furnace which didn’t work. Then told me I needed a new EIM board which costs about $100. Now using another company to finish the job. When they sent me an invoice it was $1,000 over what they had quoted me for the new furnace install completed which they never did. John and Cole were extremely helpful and professional.
Lake Country has serviced my HVAC since 2010. They provide the semi-annual service on my A/C and Heating and have alerted me to small problems before they become large costly issues. The techs they send out are always very courteous.
Cole serviced my air conditioning unit on 6/7/24 and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Lake Country is always honest. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need. Been going with them for years. Highly recommend.
