Steve, (the owner )also owner of scooper real estate holdings llc. has had multiple judgments and lawsuits against him over the years and will boldly try to manipulate situations to get out of being responsible about situations that he should be responsible for and or to compensate his self and or to be cheap with no regards of his clients safety. Not a trustworthy business/s to partake with from my own personal experiences..
Steve and his team are to notch. They understand geothermal HVAC at its core. There's no one better.
