Scheduled appointment to have software updated on 11/2 for 10am on 11/3 when I arrived service department said it wouldn't be till after 1pm before they could get to it. Did wait!
They don’t hold true to a deal and they price gouge for over sticker.
Terrible dealer made a deal on a raptor then cancelled it because someone was willing to pay more than me. Lee Mack and some biddy guy were the people in charge of the deal.
It was very easy to get an appointment. I had a coupon which I received in the mail from Lake Country Ford for "The Works". I took advantage of the coupon and got my car up to date on all of it's "shots". Oil was changed, tires rotated, fluids topped off and things you expect to have checked when having your vehicle inspected done. "Kit" graduated with flying colors and she is a 2014 Navigator. I had a nice place to wait on my car ~
