Disappointing experience with the service dept. Parts was great tho
Ricky is amazing! Buying a vehicle with him is always so smooth. He does anything that he can to help make buying a vehicle easier. He's always just a text or call away.
I was just looking around. Dreaming about one day when I could own a new car. Ethan comes out and asked if he could help me with anything. I tell him probably not, I’m just looking. My credit is horrible and no chance I can get approved. Ethan smiles and says well let’s see what we can do. I left that day in a 2025 Chevy trax. The whole process was easy, and even with my crap credit, no one ever treated me anything but nice. So glad I stopped that day and met Ethan!!
We bought a 2018 Suburban in April 2025 . Made our first payment July 10. Had to rebuild the transmission around August 24. And being told by the transmission mechanic that the motor mount on the driver side needs to be replaced and your rack and pinion is leaking. Took it to the dealership because I chose not to get a warranty. Because after the warranty is out, I will still be paying for the warranty throughout the note Until the suburban is paid off.
